Annual visitors means your best estimate of total visitation to your destination or attraction in a year, not app downloads or website traffic.

Do you offer a free trial? 

Yes. You can build and preview privately. When you’re ready to launch publicly, we’ll help you pick the right plan.


How do I choose the right plan? 

Start with annual visitors. If you’re between plans, talk to the team and we’ll recommend the simplest fit.

 

Are there surprise fees or usage charges? 

No. Plans are all-inclusive. If you need more listings or tours, you can add upgrade bundles.

 

What does “guided setup period” mean? 

It’s dedicated time where we help you get launched smoothly and confidently. Think of it as a guided path to go-live, not a pile of docs you have to decode.

What is the difference between curated listings and AI listings?

Curated listings are fully custom listings your team creates and maintains. Everything can be customized from text layout, inserting images into the text, and you can include unlimited media including Audio, video and 360 virtual tours.

AI listings are created through automation. You can edit the text and how many images are displayed, but you’re limited to images only.

 

Can I upgrade later? 

Yes. Many teams start smaller, then upgrade as their program grows.


Do you offer USD pricing? 

Yes. We can invoice in CAD or USD.
